We read every message and reply as soon as we can. A clear subject line, such as “Question about file decoding” or “Feature idea”, helps us understand your message quickly.
5 easy steps to contact Opalify and get help
- Check the tool and FAQ first. Many common questions, such as why decoded text looks garbled, are answered on the main page.
- Write a short, clear message. Explain what you wanted to do and what happened instead.
- Tell us about your device. Mention your browser (for example Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) and whether you use a phone or a computer.
- Describe the steps. List what you clicked or typed before the problem appeared, so we can try the same thing.
- Send a screenshot if it helps. A picture of the problem is often the fastest way to explain it. Please hide any private information first.
What you can contact Opalify about
- Questions about how the Base64 encoder and decoder works.
- Problems such as a button that does not respond or a page that looks wrong on your device.
- Feature ideas that would make your work easier.
- Language and Unicode issues with Urdu, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese or emoji text.
- Privacy questions about how your data is handled.

Please do not send private data
When you contact Opalify, please do not include passwords, private keys, bank details or personal documents in your message. We never need them to help you. If you want to show us a problem, use a short harmless example instead, such as the word “Hello” and its Base64 value SGVsbG8=. Our tool processes data in your browser, and we want to keep it that way. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.
Quick answers before you contact Opalify
Why does my decoded text look like random symbols? The value may be a file or other binary data instead of text, or it may use a different character set. Try the file decoder on the main page.
Why do I see an invalid Base64 message? Base64 only uses letters, numbers, plus, slash and the equals sign. Spaces, extra symbols or a missing character can break it. URL-safe Base64 uses a dash and an underscore instead of plus and slash.
Is Base64 a way to keep my data secret? No. Base64 is an encoding, not encryption, and anyone can decode it.

Why your feedback matters
Opalify is built for real people with real tasks, so your messages shape what we improve next. A short note about a confusing label, a slow moment on your phone, or a missing option can lead to a better tool for every visitor. If something worked well for you, we would be glad to hear that too. Please be kind and specific, and remember that we cannot help with passwords or recover lost data, because we never store your text or files.
